Minutes Past Midnight, or simply MPMT, began in 2020 as an independent clothing brand. It started with something simple. We wanted to create garments that reflected what we felt, what we listened to, and what we encountered in everyday life.

A few years later, our curiosity gradually shifted. We found ourselves becoming more interested not only in the final piece, but also in the process behind making it. That curiosity led us to explore different printing techniques until, in our third year, we discovered cyanotype.

Since then, many things have changed.

Cyanotype introduced us to a different way of working. Sunlight, water, and chemistry became part of the process. No two prints are ever exactly alike. The intensity of the sun, the weather, and even the exposure time all influence the final result. What once felt like uncertainty slowly became something we wanted to understand and embrace.

Today, MPMT continues to move forward. We still make clothing, but our practice has expanded beyond that. We now create art prints, experiment with materials, host workshops, and work on various projects rooted in the cyanotype process.

We built this website as a place to archive those experiences. Here, we'll share the stories behind our collections, activities, experiments, and the things we've learned along the way.

We hope these writings become a small archive of MPMT's journey, while also serving as a space for anyone who shares an interest in art, process, and exploration.
